Hi! I’m Rebecca, a Registered Dietitian on a mission to help you change your relationship with food and your body. I use a non-diet and weight inclusive approach to health and nutrition to help people recover from chronic dieting and disordered eating. I’m based in Brooklyn, NY where I see clients in person. I also offer virtual coaching appointments.
