Here is a menu of coaching plans I offer. We’ll talk through which plan is best for you during your complimentary discovery call.

Coaching Plan 1 (6 sessions)

  • Initial session (75 minutes)

  • 5 follow up sessions (45 minutes)

  • Worksheets and exercises for extra support

  • Email check-ins and support between sessions

Coaching Plan 2 (10 sessions)

  • Initial session (75 minutes)

  • 9 follow up sessions (45 minutes)

  • Worksheets and exercises for extra support

What To Expect In Your Sessions

Initial Session

This initial session is all about getting to know you. During this time, we’ll take a deep dive into your health habits, like movement, sleep, stress, relationship with food, current eating habits, beliefs about food and your body, dieting history and more. We’ll start to develop short and long term goals during our work together.

Follow Up Sessions

These sessions will focus on what you’re in the mood to discuss each week: thoughts, reflections, wins, successes, struggles and challenges. We will troubleshoot any sticking points, check in with goals from the previous week and continue to set new ones. I welcome collaboration, an open-dialogue, and honest feedback to make sure you are completely supported in getting your needs met!
