Food Philosophy

Hi! I’m Rebecca, a Registered Dietitian providing guidance and support in changing your relationship with food. My private practice is weight neutral and offers virtual counseling sessions for individual nutrition therapy. I provide a nonjudgemental, compassionate and collaborative space to help you navigate confusing nutrition messages, make peace with food and get your needs met. My approach is guided by the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size® (HAES®) to support you in your food and health journey.
